Mini Makers Mail Club is a monthly creative mail subscription designed for children ages 3–6.

Why hasn’t my Mini Makers Mail Club shipped yet?

We ship on the last business day of each month.

Order cutoff is the 27th of each month at 11:59 PM ET. Orders after that cutoff ship the following month so we have time to carefully pack your happy mail.

When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?

Mini Makers Mail Club is sent via regular letter post (untracked) on the last business day of each month.

U.S. deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

We currently mail within the United States only.

There is also an optional tracked shipping upgrade available at checkout if you’d like to follow your mail along the way.

For untracked letters, delivery times can vary depending on the postal system, and we’re unfortunately unable to control their journey—so please make sure your mailing address is accurate and up to date before each shipment.

How can I update my address or payment details?

Head to your customer portal to update your address, payment method, or to pause or cancel anytime.

Don’t stress—email hello@lilcreativecorner.com and we’ll update it before your mail is sent.

When am I billed each month?

Your renewal date is tied to the day you first subscribed.

Monthly Magic renews every month, Creative Explorer renews every 3 months, and Master Maker renews every year.

Example: subscribe July 15 and your renewals occur on the 15th of each renewal cycle.

If a renewal day does not exist in a month (for example the 31st), your renewal is processed on that month’s last day.

To avoid the next charge, cancel in your customer portal before your renewal date.

Billing renewal dates and shipping cutoffs are separate timelines.

Can I gift Mini Makers Mail Club?

Yes! Simply enter your recipient’s name and mailing address at checkout. It makes the sweetest surprise mail for little creators.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet—we’re US-only for now. International shipping is on our roadmap, but we don’t have a date to share yet.
